706D-fuel leaking into crankcase

Will fuel leak through the Roosa Fuel injection pump when the engine is turned off and the fuel tank petcock open(gravity feed system)? I have already had the injector pump and injectors gone through twice and the pre-cups checked for proper position. What else am I missing. All help appreciated.

Was the IP driveshaft bushing replaced?

input shaft bushing was replaced twice

then ya rolled the cup seal when ya put the pump on the shaft. only place it can leak into the crankcase.
