MD battery ignition to mag switch over.

I want to switch our MD from a battery ignition to a mag. I have the correct mag already. Do I need any other parts (gears, housings, Etc.) to make this switch? On the Farmall Cub I did it on, you just pulled one out and put the other in. Thanks.

As long as you are sure you have correct rotation magneto for a diesel, only other thing you would need to do is alter the manifold switch so it grounds magneto when in diesel position.
