Farmall H fenders

I just bought a set of fenders. One fender has a raised triangle with 3 holes in it. It looks factory. I assume it is for signage?

You sure they are for an H? Fenders for other tractors will also fit, such as the ones for the 460 and 560. My H,SH,M,SM do not have fenders, but I don't think they are supposed to have holes. The triangle is usually for a rear light. The H-450 does not have a light there. The SMV sign had not been invented when your tractor was built.

That is a light not a sign, and those fenders are a for 300 Utility and 350 Utility, the row crops did not have a this raised section.

H-M fenders have NO holes or bossed sections. Smooth as a babies but.

AndrewZ's answer is correct. same fender just has a mount area pressed into it. Jim

Exactly. But they will work just fine. And you can either mount a light or SMV sign or cut this feature out and weld a piece back in.

It sounds like those are fenders off of a International 300, 330, or 350 Utility. They will fit but are not H fenders.
