Farmall M with 450 engine block

I just bought a Farmall M that the engine is locked up in. I tryed to free it up with ATF and acetone. And I let it sit for 2 months till I seen ATF driping off the bottom side of the piston's It still wouldn't turn. So I pulled the head and the liner is cracked and the block is cracked behind the liner. Glad I didn't fight with trying to get it to turn over. lol Anyway I found a Good Farmall 450 engine block for a reasonable price. I just want to put new 450 rings,liners,and piston's and a new set of bearings and use all my old parts from my junk M engine. Head,crank,rods,timeing covers. Will this work?
 
Yes you can do it. Just get the crankshaft bearings to fit the M crank size you have. Don't know what brand of piston and sleeves you plan to use.
May want to consider getting a 4.125 piston sleeve set for a super M with the same size piston pin as a M, unless planing to spend extra for adapter bushings to go in the small end of the M connecting rods for the smaller 450 piston pin.

I don't see why not, the guy I bought my tractor from had an M he lengthened the frame to put a 300 diesel motor in it (100 hp) I think the 450 motor should be a bolt in. But I am no expert
