Eaton Power steering pump

Was wondering if anyone has the part number of the Eaton pump used by CharLynn on their power steering units. Have a weak one. Any help appreciated Bernie STeffen

Many of the Char Lyn kits used a Saginaw pump. They pop up on Ebay quite often but as pumps for older GM cars. They mount high up under the hood on the left side of the engine and are driven by the generator belt. Do a little research and you can break the code.

I've been looking around for one too. So far this the best I could find, not sure if it is the same but looks pretty close

If Eaton built their own pump for the steering unit, it was some time ago... I retired from the Eaton plant that built gear pumps and we didn't built it after Eaton bought this plant about 20 years ago (it was a very sad day). So if Eaton ever built their own, it was a looooong time ago and they may be hard to find. My Char-Lynn unit is off a flow divider from the main pump and the one Dad had years ago on a JD 60 had a Saginaw (GM) pump and was installed by the local JD dealer when Dad bought the tractor in '58.

If you have the Eaton pump try www.powersteerinc.com and look at the rebuilt eaton pumps they sell for ford trucks. Some are the same size. They have a 1-800 number to call so you could check on what they recomend, or see if they will rebuild you're pump. Last eaton pump I bought for a ford truck to use on a tractor was less than $150. Some tractor parts places sell a replacement pump for the eaton for around $300.
