460 HYDRAULICS PULL DOWN TRACTOR

When raking hay with the 460 sometimes the hydraulics, pull down the tractor just like I was riding the brakes. When I wiggle one of the hydraulic controls it frees up the engine. What valve where is stuck or sticks all of a sudden for no reason? thanks Guys

Pressure regulator valve , Had the same problem with a F 460 that i owned and at times it would kill the tractor dead.
