I have a McCormick-Deering 10-20 from 1926 and it was parked in 1955. The push rods are seized and I have no clue how to take them out. In order to get the head off you have to take out the push rods.

I'd get hold of them with a vice grip and see if they will rotate and break loose. You can hammer on them too. I guess worst thing might be to cut the heads off. Once you get the camshaft out you can drive the tappets and all out the bottom. Lets hope it's not that bad.

pushrods siezed? something dont sound right here.are you saying there siezed to the tappets at the camshaft?the tappets can sieze to the bore, but have never seen pushrods sieze.
