DISK for Super C

Our SC pulls a 7 foot "drag" disc [no wheels] well. These units are probably found at farm sales---dealers won't have them on the lot. Exception is in Amish/ Mennonite country. Don't know if there were any/ many 7 foot wheel discs made.

I agree with Brownie, I pull a 7' fast hitch disk with my Super C no problem pulling it. HOwever if you go the fast hitch route or some mounted disk make sure to have front weight, all be a wide front end or 2/3 sets of front weights.

I have a drag type disk that looks to be about 6 or 7 ft. Has real good blades but I am in north Ala.May be too far away. 125.oo

I don't believe there was ever a [u:b5fe6f9bf1]non[/u:b5fe6f9bf1]-fast-hitch mounted disk for these. We pulled a 7' tandem JD pull type disking corn stalks a few times with a C... that's easy work, but I don't think it would do it in plowed ground... never tried. We pulled a 7' F-H mounted with a SC and it worked okay for everything... we had front and rear wheel weights. I don't see how a SC could pull a 9' though... that would be too big for an H in most dirt.

I have a 8 ft fast hitch I pull(cut down points) and second gear is all it will pull it.(third down hill)LOL

You might also watch the Classified and Photo adds in the upper left corner of this page for something close to you. That's how I found wheel weights for my 240U.
Here's an example if you were close to Virginia: https://photos.yesterdaystractors.com/cgi-bin/photoads/classifieds.cgi?search_and_display_db_button=on&db_id=390387&query=retrieval
