I have had the worst time restoring this old farmall I bought, everything was shot in the distributor,coil,plugs,and all the wiring was done, starter locked up. Well to say the least I have got this old girl running today with a couple of shots of carb cleaner, but it will only run if giving it a steady stream of it, it will run if I put my hand over the filter hole but if I move it, it dies, what"s going on? Carb was cleaned out and fresh gas, its getting fuel, is it a leak and if so where? Sprayed around card but doesn"t idle up, stumped!
 
Yeah, look for a "brass nut" on the side of the carb,near the float bowl...unscrew it and get a set of acetylene welding "wire" tip cleaners and carefully clean out the brass tube that has two jets in it, one very visable, the other is in the end and takes a very small needle or those wire cleaners to do the job. Re-install and fire her up !!
Be careful cleaning that jet and don't break the wire or needle off in there!!

I have a zeinth carb, i should have put that in there, there's only three adj. one on top, one on the bottom of bowl, and one on the gov. rod
