584 part identification

Just bought a 584 with loader.Nice tractor but has minor hydraulic leak.Leak is around part at rear of tractor.There is a round piece which is flush mounted in the rear frame right beside the p.t.o.It looks as if it would slide out except it is held into the frame by the corner of another part which just catches the edge.My guess is it is a slide in filter or screen.My manual does not show the part at all.There is a slight depression in the center and I can actually put a screw driver in it and spin the whole assembly.Any help appreciated.
 
It is the idler shaft for the gear that runs the PTO shaft and has an o-ring on it. The rear deck must be removed to replace the o-ring.
 
The top deck where your rockshaft is located. The three point hitch. You will have to remove the fuel tank with the fenders and then you will see the bolts that hold the top deck.
