What size jar did the Farmalls come from factory with? Was it Ball widemouth number 2? Anyone know a good source for one?

Mike at Steel Wheel Ranch has them in stock along with the gasket. I think the jar is $16.00 and maybe $3.00 for the gasket. 785-548-7437

The correct jar is a square 1/2 pint wide mouth Ball mason "special". It says Special on it. There is a vertical rib on each corner. There are not many around, so the price indicated might be fair.
Ebay may have them as well, beware of the wrong jar being sold as correct. Jim
