when using the 3pt hitch or the remotes to lift up a load you have to throttle up to about 2000 rpms to get it to pick up anything. at and idle it will move the clyinder on the disk in and out until it starts to put weigh on the tires then have to raise engine speed to pick up 3pt will pick up my dad(250ish) while standing on it at idle fine but have to raise engine speed to pick up an old case 2 row planter. so far i have changed fluid filter and the orings on the pump and housing. swapped out the relief valve on the side of the seat with one out of a working tractor no change. dont know what else to check before changing pump do ya have any other suggestions

Others on here are way more knowledable than I fer sure, but that just "screams" bad, worn out hitch/remote pump.

You need a manual and find your pressure pilot valve. Clean it, good chance it has dirt and its dumping the majority oil. Or replace it. It's a cheap valve $30$40 compare to a $500 pump.

fallnhorse i have an it manual and i cannot find a pressure pilot valve in it were is this located at
thanks

As you have already tried a known good relief valve (pilot relief valve) you have that covered. Sounds like you replaced the o-ring on the pump mounting plate as well (requires removing pump mounting plate along with pump)so you have that covered also. Could be blown o-rings in other places though not likely. I would pull pump, put one aux valve on demand, hitch lever not way down in action control range, apply air pressue to pressure port where you took pump off and listen for leaks. Most likely your pump is bad but a little more trouble shooting is always a good idea.

my 806 did this and it turned out to be the o-ring between the lift housing and the rear end. there is a ring between the two that routes the oil to the lift and remotes. the ring was cut from the pressure like a mouse chewed on it. the lift would go up with no weight on it and the remote did the same way. replaced the ring and the problem was solved. good luck.

I have seen that ring fail also and that is one of the things the air pressure test will reveal. Also the rings between draft control cyl and housing among other things.
