Super A hydraulic pump leak

I have a Super A that has a hydraulic pump leak. I have to add oil to it everytime I want to use it. The oil leaks out of the bottom of the bell housing. Where would this oil be coming from and how do I stop the leak?

Well if it looks like its coming from the bell housing and you are adding oil to the hydraulic unit. I am figuring its the gasket on the bottom of the unit. There is a plate on the very bottom that has a gasket. The bad news if its that you have to take the unit off and flip it on its back to replace the gasket. :( Hope this helps.

If the leak is not from the hydraulic unit it is probably the front seal of the pump leaking into the crankcase and then the overfilled pan leaking out the rear main seal.

Owen,
It is interesting that you brought that to my attention because it does seem like I get a lot of leaking from the oil pan gasket. The gasket looks good and I have checked all the pan bolts and they seem to be tight. Maybe I should open the top pet cock on the oil pan and see how much oil drains out?
