f400 t/a or not

I have 3 f400's 2 completes with t/a and live pto, one less engine or fe with out t/a or live pto.
I use the "plain" tractor for parts.
My question is, I need to swap engines, I would like to end up with t/a housing on the floor to repair.
Can I take the t/a with live pto housing off and replace it with the non t/a non live pto housing?
I just want to be able to move the tractor around, so I don't have to push it.

If all are really 400s yes If you do not intend to operate it yes. Leave all the guts out of it, it will bolt to the rear. Jim

Physically I know It will bolt on. But could I still drive it around? That is the question.

If you have a TA delete tractor, and put all parts from it, into the combination tractor yes. Jim
