Int 460 Utility PTO Retaining cover

I need to inspect the Bands on my PTO (Planetary type) THe procedure involves removing the 3 bolts on the retaining cover (over the shaft) and remove the retaining cover.

I have removed the retaining cover bolts but the cover won"t budge. I have sprayed penetrating lube on it but it is sealed well around the shaft and seems like glue.

Any tricks to pulling this off, I need to get to the shaft nut before i pull the houseing off.

The gaskets stick like heck on them, I have used a brass drift to really get their attention.

Check the archives for a discussion a month or so ago between myself and a gent named Devin. We were talking about the same thing on 300 and 350 Utilities, so if the 460 Utility is similar our discussion may be of some help.
