460 IH Hydraulic ends

Is the ends that plug in to the remotes the same as the pioneer ends for this 460 IH and i am going to run a one way cylinder on one set of remotes but i cannot turn the dial below the steering wheel i put a 9/16 wrench but it does not turn what am i doing wrong ? I would hate to break it .Thanks

Pioeer style ends should be fine on 460 but some have points and some have ball so you should match them, sometimes they work ok either way. Far as turning control valve, they rust up solid so some penetrating oil and some light tapping on end is in order. If that fails you may have to remove the end cover to free them up.
