Hello. Hope you all can let me know the correct Amp Gauge to use on my 1951 Farmall Super C. I saw that here are two different gauges:

354473R91

360053R91

Which one do I use? THANKS

I looked in my Super C IHC TC-44B parts catalog and both are listed with the 360053R91 to be used on tractors with a voltage regulator only. There is no mention of a tractor s/n change over from one part no. to the other. The difference between the two is the face plate - the 354473R91 has a scale between 0 and + or - 10 and 20 amperes on the face while 360053R91 has 0 in the center and a couple of hash marks to the left (discharge) and to the right (charge). If you need more information I can look at my tractor in the morning to see what style was original to my tractor as I don't recall at this moment, Hal.

Yes, please let me know what you have on your tractor when you can look at it. Yours got the regulator on it? THANKS

The ampmeter gauge which was on my tractor prior to restoring it was the later style with a part no. of 360053R92. Yes, that is not a typo R92 is on the faceplate along with the manufacturer Rochester Gauge made in USA. My SC was completed at the factory the last week of August 1953 based on the s/n production records. My Super C parts catalog has a May 1960 print date so the R92 version might have come along sometime after the catalog was printed since it isn't listed in the catalog. The previous owner is deceased so I can't try and see if it was replaced sometime after 1960 for some reason. This tractor had been in the same family since new until I purchased it in 2005. Hope this helps you with your endeavors, Hal.
