Hi,
I would like to know what cause blue smoke from Farmall C, When it s idle, there is lot of blue smoke and i try to figure out. I think it might use lot of oil?? or could be bad o ring around the piston?? any help would be greatly appreciated. I wonder if it can be fixed. Thanks

burning oil, worn piston rings, worn sleeves, looks like time for a piston and sleeve set. There pretty cheap to do that though around 300 or so.

Blue smoke at idle means the valves and valve guides are worn out. Yes, it can be fixed by a competent mechanic.
