just got a farmall 504 home needing some help i need to put a tricycle front end on. (has single wheel now) what front ends will work. are they hard to find?? have 11.5/38 on now will the 14.9/38 tires and rims fit the centers off of my farmall 400?? where is good place to buy replacement parts?? steering wheel ,steering wheel cap,tach cable,and so on thanks
 
Tricycle front off a C or Super C should work. Wheels and rims are different. C and SC have a cast wheel with the rim held on by 3 bolts. 504 has a flanged 6 bolt hub. May need to some bearing juggling, don't know.

11.5/38????? maybe 11.2x38 Probably OK. Mine has 13.6x38s on it. Looks good. Think it is the stock size. 14.9s are TOO big for such a little tractor.

14.9's too big? What??? I got 15.5x38's on mine, babe! As far as parts go, I don't know where you are located but, there's a place near Gettysburg, PA that has acres of IH part tractors. If your in that area let me know and I'll give you the address. The low serial number on that one is pretty cool... Mine is #811. Good luck with it!
 
yes i can use it. im looking for one that has stamped rims. needs to be complete (with out tires )my email is open send me picture,price and cost to get to me. im in portland ,oregon aera zip code 97113 thanks .
 
The one I have has no rims or hubs . I used them on the wide front we put on the 340 . I could nt get through by E-mail . It would be kinda heavy to ship that far $$$ I think it would cost alot .
