Hi John, is there plenty of hydraulic fluid in the transmission? You can over fill by 5 gals especially with a loader. Does the 3pt go all the way to the top with no load on it? Is the draft control lever all the way forward. There is an adjustment to height of 3pt lift to 3pt lever position but have to be very careful doing this adjustment.

The 3pt goes all the way up with no load. Seems to work better with draft control back. Would over fill cause this? Ihave adjusted somewhat but not sure which way or which rod to adjust.

Hi John, here are a couple posts from archives that maybe helpful.

3 pt hitch not lifting, other hydraulics work OK:

Hi, under the seat is the unload valve with a big plug in front. Remove the plug and pull the spool, make sure to replace in the same way. It has a small orifice, blow out with air. Replace the spool then the plug. Start the engine and check the lift system. Bernard le mécano Québec Canada

Hi, in the unloader valve it has a spool with a orifice, may be it have a dirt in the small hole. To make a test, loose the big plug, in front of the unloader, for two turn and run the engine and raise the hitch. If it works, check the spool.

Hi, I never worked on one with cab but I looked at caseih.com then parts, search for parts, 695 page 8-52 Draft and Unloading Flow Control. It would appear everything is in same location, under the seat, all that changes is the control levers for cab model.
