think my pump is bad any one change one and any tips. right now I have to find it thanks again bob

What problem are you having? I haven't changed the pump, but on my 656 I lost all hydraulic function. There is a hollow internal splined hub that drives the hydraulic pump from the clutch pressure plate (on my gear-drive 656). This hub is riveted on and mine sheared the rivets. There is a clutch inspection plate, take that off and see if there are any broken parts in there. This may not be the cause,but it is an easy thing to check.

which side is it on I have only about 500lbs and is slow on loader. Might be part of problem as I have a click also at slow idle

The clutch inspection plate is on the bottom of the tractor in the middle near where the clutch pedal is.

do you have any fluid to drain first to remove inspection plate
