My father-in-law has an H with an add-on to the factory Lift-All hydraulic system that gives the tractor 2-way hydraulics, like the one see on this M: http://www.vinsonfarm.net/photos/remote_valve.jpg I would like to know what its proper name is, who made it, if and where I can get parts for it, and how the "half moon" at the bottom of the lever interacts with the small piece that turns below it.

Thanks in advance!

IH calls it "Remote Control Tractor Attachment". Sub-title is "Auxiliary Control Valve". Everyone here calls it a "Christmas Tree Valve", or Two Way Hydraulic Valve", or "Double Acting Valve", or "Remote Valve".

It is an IH product. It was not supplied by a vendor. Parts would be sourced through a CaseIH dealer. Probably all you would need are O-rings which can be had anywhere.

The clip near the bottom of the lever rotates to lock the lever open. Can't remember if it locks in both directions. That would be used if there was another open center valve beyond the IH valve. Or it would be used if running a hydraulic motor. You will find that same clip on a SM. SMTA, and SH reservoir.
