Adding rearend oil to 560

Where's the fill hole for the rear end, drained it to check oil and can't find where to put it back in. Is the check plug in front of the clutch pedal? Do you use the small cover with three bolts by the shift lever? thanks chris

Haven't paid any attention to the 560 but there should be a plug with a square depression on the trans/diff cover under your feet. If you do not know such things, you really need as operator's manual, as there are things in it that you will never find out by yourself. Use CaseIH Hytran or equivalent, not gear oil.

Yes the fill hole is the three bolt cover and the fill plug is ahead of the clutch pedal.

Hope you had the front end of the tractor higher than the rear when you drained it. Otherwise you'll still have some oil in it. Should hold 12-13 gallons.
