1959 farmall cub tractor

Is there supposed to be something in the nature of a "hubcap" on the inside hub of the right rear wheel? The left wheel has something covering the hub which looks like a small metal bowl, but the right wheel does not have same, and I was wondering if something fell off.Thanks.

it is open so you can add a sprocket to the axle and drive a planter or side dresser

Dang it Ron, ya know your stuff, I thought mine was missing it, was going to look for one. All you experts on here have helped me so much with so many things. I wish I knew what most of you forgot. Thanks, Steve

I just looked at my standard Cub and Loboy. Your "right on" of course and I see that the Loboy has covers on both sides. I assume they didn't make any attachments for Loboys that would run off that sprocket. Very interesting-Thanks
