966 injection pump timing

Anyone tell me the proper timing of the AMBAC 100 pump ? The book says refer to specs, but I can't find the specs and I have returned the borrowed book. Would it possibly be TDC or maybe 16 degrees BTDC ?

IH pulled kind of a sneaky when there got to be so many different model tractors and combines using that pump so they made a seperate service manual for all the specs and also the repair procedures on that pump. Luckily I have the early many so have the pump covered but missing a lot of the specs for later model tractors. GSS 1455 seems to ring a bell but wouldn't swear to that. I tried to pick up on at Jensales when I stopped by there some years ago and they had no clue. Don't need it anymore.
