I might be getting an old 2 row corn planter. It has rubber tires and solid wheels (meaning not-spoked). Rope trip lift, very faded red paint, and the remnants of a decal on the front of the frame if you were looking back from the tractor. All the other equipment this gentleman has is IH, so I assume this is too. Is there anywhere I should look to be able to identify the model number? I'm a John Deere guy, so I dont know a thing about these planters. If it were a Deere, the solid wheels and rubber tires would make it mid to late 1950's era. All the boxes are smashed and it's pretty bent up, but I'd like to try and bring it back. If you need more information let me know. Thanks for any help.

The planter also has fiberglass fertilizer boxes and metal seed boxes. If that helps any.

Heres a photo of my IH 2 row planter, its almost the same as a 244 which is for check rows and 246 which is power hill drop but I think mine is a 203 or 205 but cant tell for sure.
