Actually, this is part of a front Fast Hitch and nothing to do with draft control/position.

The picture here is of an International W-400 or something of similar size.

If you study the first picture, you should recognize the similarity between a Cub's reversed drawbar, and the reversed drawbar on the W-400.

Wardner's question was a tongue-in-cheek reference to that similarity. A W-400 could easily pull four 12" bottoms.
