Super C Hydraulics

My touch control quick working. The controls move the valves, but, the rock shafts don't move. Fluid level is OK. What's the likely issue?

Gear on pump shaft could be broken
Key on gear could be sheared
Keys on internal gears could be sheared
Screen could be plugged tight
Relief could be stuck open

Install a pressure gauge and see if you have any pressure. Hal

If there is no movement of the rockshafts and the system doesn't seem to be laboring under high pressure, the most likely problem is the pressure control orifice. There should be a pipe plug in the Touch-Control head. Take the plug out to access the orifice. Unscrew it and make sure it is clean. Reinstall and see if that fixes it. If not, go into more complicated diagnostics.
