My friend who is restoring an International 504 Diesel Hi Clear would like to know how many of same were manufactured. He's never seen one before and they are rare. This one's number l7960, we assume was made in l960-61. Any info on how we can find out? thx

My book shows it to be a 68, the last year made. The beginning number for 1968 is 16115 I believe. Sounds neat post some pics for us so we can enjoy it too!

Thanks gregk ! It will be awhile before it's recognizable; just started on it. Hoping for more info from readers here.

Glad to see other 504hc being worked on,I have a 504LP HC I need 4 parts and I will be finished and ready for paint. Thanks for posting.KEN

If your tractor is a Farmall 504 High Clear, it is a 1968. If your tractor is a International High Clear Utility, it is a 1967. The Farmall High Clear is a true high clear with drop boxes and tall front axle. The International High Clear is a utility tractor with Farmall type rear axles and 38" Farmall wheels and a taller front end. Which is yours?

This tractor is the International. Thanks. He does have both tho; a Farmall HC AND this Internationaln(among his many). Still hoping someone can give us a source to see how many of these Intnl. diesels were made.
