IH 66 series fender part

Hi, I have a 66 series fender that is in good shape except it is missing the headlight sheet metal piece under the hand grip for the right fender. Does anyone know who manufactures the aftermarket ones so I could get that piece??? I have had no luck with finding a used one and I really dont want to buy a whole new fender just for this. Any help appreciated.

Cut one out of sheet metal and tack weld it in.

If I remember right it is just a flat piece of metal.

I can't get the part you need, but a brand new, complete fender sells for a smidge over $200.
