IH 560 Diesel look at

Could someone tell me what to look for when buying this tractor? He said it does use some oil, may be leaking mostly and the radiator is leaking a little bit. I don't know anything about diesels and how to check them.

Fast hitch check valve,torque and oil in coolant.

also look and c what block it has in if it is a c4 to c5 then its been up date also look on the serial plate see if it has a star stamped in it that means it has the up date kit in the rear end
