Hi Steve, plugged fuel line or fuel filters? When was the last time the fuel filters were changed?
Check the crankcase dip stick to see if the level is over full or smells of Diesel fuel. This could be caused by hole in the diaphragm of the fuel lift pump on the right side of the engine.
There are bleed screws on the top of the fuel filters and two on the injection pump. Loosen bleed screw on top of first fuel filter closet to fuel tank and pump the hand pump on the right side of the engine until fuel flows without air bubbles. Close this bleed screw and open the bleed screw on top of the secondary fuel filter and repeat process, next repeat with bleed screws on injection pump, starting with the lower bleed screw. If you don't get any fuel flow at the bleed screw the problem is with fuel supply from the fuel tank.

Good Luck
