working on a 254 for a buddy of mine, 3 cyl mitsubishi diesel. tractor always ran hot for him when working it hard ie bush hogging ect. only way to keep it cool was with the hood off. rad has been cleaned, block flushed, new thermostat. looking at this thing, the battery and air cleaner are directly in front of the radiator. doesnt seem to get much air flow. thinking about adding and electric coolin fan to blow in to the radiator and then relocating the air cleaner. any thoughts? general opinions were this wasnt the best machine ever built. head has also been redone too.
