1967 cub

I found a 1967 IH cub for sale, motor runs quiet,no smoke out of the exhaust, but oil pressure runs at 15 p.s.i at idle 18 at a higher r.p.m. should I walk away from it? or buy it the price is $2600. It,s really in good shape with a woods 59 mower. Thanks

The real test is after it's mowed an acre of grass and the engine is good and warmed up. If it holds that much oil pressure when hot, it's good.

$2600 is too much unless the Cub is absolutely perfect.

That sounds a little high to me. I would pay about $ 2ooo if it runs and operates well.

Well if it runs good and looks good and the tires are good i dont think thats to much. A good used woods mower will cost 1000 dollars so you arent paying to much for the tractor Try and buy a lawn mower and see what that costs. I have a 1975 with a mower on it and i really like it. Erik.
