Wheres best place to buy insurance for my tractors. I want to cover them in the event of a fire or vandalism as well as make sure I"m covered if someone is hurt while I"m in a parade or a tractor ride. I have NOTHING at this point.
 
Good luck with the liability. I couldn't find anyone willing to provide that coverage, outside of doing an event policy on every parade.
 
I got denied an umbrella insurance policy by Geico simple because I own old tractors. Hard to believe anyone will insure them for liability. Theft probably isn't a problem - might be covered on homeowners insurance for a little additional money.
 
I finally got theft covered through State Farm, but that still took three agencies, four companies, and six months before anyone could figure it out.

One of them backed out as soon as they heard the tractors would be at antique power shows. They claimed the theft probability was too high.

I don't think I've ever heard of a tractor getting stolen from show grounds, and mine aren't anything special at all (styled Deere two-cylinders, common as dirt).
 
Farm Bureau farm policy covers all of our equipment whether it is on the trailer, sitting at a show, or in our buildings. Also covers us for working off the farm and while at shows.
