Good deal on a 574?

The ad says -- 2,700 hours on engine. Comes with bush hog, seeder, front bucket, rear blade, generator (not sure about this). $6,600. Two wheel drive. 1975. 65HP. Paint faded. Bucket and supports pretty rusty.

Is there anything I need to look out for? Is there a better tractor in that price range I should be looking for. Usage would mostly be bush hog work, carrying stuff in bucket (mostly firewood). Not an operational farm.

I bought a 1982 model 784 with front bucket (2250 Mount-o-matic loader) for $6300 here in s. central Mich 4 yrs ago. It was functionally good but had cosmetic issues (like flat top fender rust & one rusted rear wheel which I had to replace. Lot of contacts made to find a reasonably priced used wheel). I know the smaller versions may go for more money but for what I paid for mine with it"s capabilities, I"m very pleased with this combination.
