Old Farmall or IH light traffic hazard switch ???

I just recently purchaced some old farmall and IH parts at an auction. I found an old hazard light switch in one box and while I was looking in an old Ih book I found the part number it is 244 217 R91 can anyone tell me what model of tractor or tractors this fits ??

Not sure. That must be the old part number, CIH website won't pull anything up with that number.

Could also be a truck part...since some truck parts had R-numbered suffixes as well.

I'd guess truck cuz it's not in my master index for tractor parts.
