Will my Dad's IH 2350 Mount-o-matic loader from his row crop 1456 fit directly on my row crop 806, or will I need different mounts, etc?

You will need to transfer the brackets and spacers EXACTLY as they are on the 1456. Both tractors have the same frame width.

You will also need to drill 4 holes in each frame rail on the 806 for the rear brackets.

Or you can weld the brackets to the frame rails as the previous owner of the 806 I bought last year did when he mounted a 2355 to it. :~(. Why, I'll never know unless he was too lazy to drill the holes or was afraid the bolts would come loose. I guess I'm going to have to find a pair of frame rails when I go to take it off.

we have a 2350 mounted on one of our 806s right now with no additional holes drilled in the 806. the rear loader bracket was welded to two fairly long (maybe 3') pieces of flat stock that both act as the spacers and have holes that line up with the 806 as it came.
