How much torque for hydra-touch control valves?

Just a quick question. About how much torque do I need to use when reassembling the hydra-touch control valve (the long bolt that holds the blocks together). I have a leak around them. I am going to replace the o-rings and just want to make sure I don't smash them too much.

The O-rings fit in a machined recess, so they will only smash so much. My hydra-touch manual does not list any torque specs for those bolts. When I reassembled my valves after replacing O-rings, I used an 8" long 3/8 drive ratchet and turned the bolts tight. Works fine so far, no leaks.

Thanks a bunch. I couldn't remember how they fit in there. Been a couple of years. Hopefully Sunday I will be able to get all the shields off the fix it.

Twenty foot pounds, too tight and the valve spools will bind.
