oil level petcocks

Could someone tell me how they are in the oil pan of a super a? Are the petcocks threaded in? I have one leaking and would like to replace it with another.

On a Farmall C, H or M they screw in. So i would "assume" an A would be no different.
Grabem with a pipe wrench and turn.

Look at your replacement, Should be rh threads. If I remember right.

yep, Threaded in. Mine are leaking as well.I'll probably use some sort of pipe sealant rated for fuel. IIRC, I have some lyeing around somewhere.
