IH HYDRO 84 plugged fuel lines?

I have a hydro 84 that has been running like it is not getting fuel. I have cleaned and blown out the lines, found a few lady bugs here and there in the bottom of the fuel tank ports. I have changed the fuel filters numerous times. When I blow the line from the fuel filter with an air compressor to the tank it is not obstructed but no diesel will flow to the the filters. It is a german diesel engine with no injection pump, any suggestions would be welcome!

Fuel should gravity flow from the tank to the first fuel filter, if the filter is off fuel should be coming out.

The shut off valve on the bottom of the tank isn't stuck closed is it?

You reconnected the fuel lines "correct"?

Hi, try loosening the fuel tank cap. Maybe the breather pipe is clogged. I always take fuel line off at inlet of first fuel filter and if it dosen't flow full of the pipe then start working back to the tank.

Got it fixed found more lady bugs when I uncracked the fuel line that attaches to the fuel filter body. thanks for the help
