100 Touch Control still not right

Any ideas what to look for ---

If you move both levers from fully backward (down) to fully forward (up), one side makes the full movement forward, then, the other moves. Almost like they became sequential.

They should move together at the same time, if you move the levers together at the same time.

I've moved the levers more than 14 times with the fill plug removed, so I would think the problem shouldn't be air in the lines.

With no load, moves ok forward, but with a tool on the hitch, doesn't pick up the weight quickly or powerfully, at mid-throttle, does a little better at full throttle.

What did I not do right in replacing the o-rings in the Touch Control bolock ?

The system is Open center. It supplies pressure to any open valve. If both valves are in demand state, the least loaded cylinder moves first. (to my best reasoning) it cannot work as you describe unless the loads were exactly equal. if one cylinder reaches its position location, its demand valve shuts off, and the pressure will go to the other moving it until it to reaches its position location. When moved separately they are independent. Jim

Jim answered your question about the levers. As to the slow operation, it could be the pump if it is worn. As to the block, it should be completely disassembled and cleaned. By that I mean all the parts inside, including the allen head plugs. NOTHING left in it when you are done. Put parts cleaner through the whole thing, every opening and blow out with compressed air. I am currently putting mine back together. There is some scoring of the valves, etc. I do not know if that will cause a problem, at least until I get it running again. The cleaning and orings should help. Main problem with mine was that it raised ok, but was very slow going down. We'll see what happens.
