C coolant in oil

Well I went to service a "C" I got last fall and when I drained the oil there was some anti-freeze[small amount] in the engine oil. So what would be the next step? I'm thinking about dropping the oil pan and presure testing the radiator to see if I can tell where the coolant is coming from. I was just wondering if there was a common problem with the "C" models that I should look at first? Thanks Dale

could be a few things, cracked block or head. But the most common by far is the O rings at the bottom of the cylinder sleeves. They commonly dry out leak into the crank case. Pull the pan and see if you can see rust streaks coming down, also put a piece of cardboard under it and look for drops of water.

You just saved me asking a question on here. I was going to ask if a B/A engine was wet or dry sleeved. I thought they where wet but wasn't sure till now. I may yet build a B-A. I'll use the A tranny and rear end and use the B trike front end and call it a bad A$$. That way I will be able to use the sickle mower that can with the A on it and make one heck of a cutting machine

Thanks everyone for the advice. Maybe I'll get time to look at it this week end. Old, good luck with the A-B. Seems like every time ya try to retro fit different equipment it's never as easy as it starts out to be. Thanks Dale
