IH mo. 60 plow

Were the mo. 60 IH plows convetible to 3-14 from 3-16s? How good of a plow were they? thanks DTK

No, they are not variable width plows. To make them wider you would need to increase the side-to-side distance between each bottom by 2". That would require a lot of cutting and welding or a whole new frame.

For their time they were one of the better plows on the market. They were slightly hindered for trash clearance with the front axle being under the frame compared to the #70's axle that was on top the frame.
