Please could anyone tell me where I could purchase some lend lease decals for an International W6 tractor

I'm assuming you mean WWII lend lease?

Any reputable sign shop should be able to produce a reasonable clone on their vinyl cutter from a good picture.

They aren't anything special, right? Just some letters and numbers.
 
Hi Claire what do you mean by Lease Lend decals. We have a lot of Lease Lend tractors here in the UK but I have not seen any decals. MJ
 
Thank you for the replies. My Father has a 1941 W6 International that was shipped over during the war. It was part of the Lend Lease programme and was shared between some farms on the Hants/ West Sussex borders. I have managed to get a set of decals for the tractor but I am trying to get hold of the lend lease decal that this tractor originally used to have on it - I don't know what it would have looked like or where it would have been placed on the tractor but the previous owner said it had these additional decals on.

Another question I have is that we belong to Friends of Ferguson Heritage with our little grey fergie and wondered if there was any club or organisation for owners of Internationals that we could join.

Hi Claire as far as i know there is no IH club in the UK. If there was one i would have known about it as i orginised the IH tractors at the Newark tractor show last November. Will try and find details of the lease lend decal MJ
 
I sincerely doubt the lend lease decal is being reproduced for sale.

If you can talk to the previous owner and see if he has any pictures, or can describe it to you, that might help.
