i found a mounted plow what i have heard for an h tractor .Along time ago me and hugh mckay were talking abought it .Im looking for some pictures of one of these on the tractor and how its lifted .

I don't know if IH made a mounted moldboard for the H. There is a 2 or 3 disk semimount plow for the H and M. I plowed many acres in the 50's with the 3 disk HM 150 on an H. It pulls from a bracket under the clutch housing. The rest bolts to the axles and is lifted by two cylinders attached to the arms that fit in the triangular bottom of the belly pump. It has a cast or forged steel wheel on the back that turns with a rod running to the front wheels. Turns fairly short to the left, will make wide right turns. Not actually a plow but IH also made a 3 row middlebuster, two in front and one in back.

Yup, there are pictures in the 150 Years of IH by CH Wendel book.

Those one-bottom plows must've been for some tough going... An H should be able to pull one 16" bottom in 4th.

its a two bottom plow all looks to be there but the brackets that hook to the bell housing .It looks to have been some angle irons that is what i need some mesurements ill make them.Im giong to look at it at noon ill get some beem numbers .It looks like a little genius just mounted.
