Any ideas WHAT I may have not done correctly? I replaced all orings, cleaned all of the crud out, cleaned the little funnel-shaped screen, put in fresh oil, and completed re-assembly.
With no load, both control arms move quickly to the rear, but slowly toward front.
Connect the pull arm to either control arm, and it moves very slowly to the front.
Engine has to be at almost full throttle to get any forward lift, but is still not very strong in lifting any tool.
