I am having a problem with my 3 point hitch it will not go up. I replaced the filters and oil no change.I then decided to replace the hydraulic pump still no change...I am stumped what could it be I need to get this going. I noticed when I pulled the plate off from under the seat that when its running there is air bubbles in the oil is this right? I bought a IT manual and thats no help...please help thanks
