1950 C Demonstrator

You would think if he bought new tires they would have been a matched set. What else is he trying to get away with?
 
$2000 too high, white paint or not, no original serial tag decreases the value. I would like the fast hitch, though. Don't know what the G suffix on the engine is, listed NA in Guy Fay's book. There is no TL in a date code, T is 1950. The new tires are on the front. I also have a "white demo" C with no serial tag.
