Farmall MD Injector Reinstall

I got my injectors rebuilt and I am ready to reinstall them. They came with 8 silver metal washer things. I look at the parts diagram and see that 18 and 19 both fit the description, but they appear to be different parts in the parts book.
Do you install these two washers stacked up? Did they give me two 18's and no 19's? Do I need to take out the precups and install them under there? (I see that another 18 goes there)
Thanks!

Sflem, use only one per cylinder they sit right
between the injector and the pre cups. That is what
i was instructed to do by Central when i pulled mine

The number 18 in parts manual is an o-ring dust seal goes in groove on nozzle body, 19 is steel gasket, if you had pre cup out one would go under cup and other would go between cup and nozzle. If you don't have the pre cups out make sure no washer is left on top of cup. The reason these injection nozzles are hard to get out is that these gaskets leak that is why one should always replace both when injection nozzles are replaced. Some anti sieze on body will help then not get stuck also. If cup is free in head make sure it stays oriented with up side to top so hole aligns properly with head.

Duh, 18 goes where the arrow for 17 is pointing. I knew what the orings were for right away, but didn't think when I read the parts manual. They should call them orings instead of dust seal for my sake :D

I have heard don't take the precups out if they are pointing in the right direction. Would you guys agree? How in the world would you get them out w/o pulling the head!?! I heard there was a tool for this, but it would ruin the precup when removing it.

The puller for the precups is designed to remove them without damaging them. It has internally expanding jaws to lock on to the precup so the puller can remove them.

As usual, Pete 23 has good advice. If you leave the precups in the head they may have moved enough to allow some leakage past the gasket which will then allow carbon to build up between the head and precup making them very difficult to remove in the future.

I misread his post, I thought me meant the oring and the metal thing.
How in the world will I get the precups out now!?! It was bad enough getting the injectors out.
